If you qualify for Irish Citizenship and have not yet applied - stop by the Irish Diaspora Center for an in-person appointment to start your application. At this Citizenship Day, we will have appointments available for Irish Passport applications and Foreign Birth Registrations.

You are automatically an Irish citizen if one of your parents was an Irish citizen who was born in Ireland. In this case, you are eligible to apply for an Irish (EU) passport. Please select the Irish Passport Application appointment option.

You can become an Irish citizen if one of your grandparents was born in Ireland. This is a two-step process of registering your birth on the Foreign Births Register and once you receive your citizenship documents, you are eligible to apply for an Irish passport.
